These guys blew me away with how a car that's been badly maintained can be restored. I didn't even know half of what they did was possible.
Warning: be ready to see a Merc in a really bad shape :(
 
Wish I could read Polish.I have to say, though, Mike, that if you think that's really bad shape, you ain't seen nuffin yet. Rusty W210, anybody....

It's a tribute to what elbow grease and a few chemicals can do, but the car was by no means a wreck, just very grubby and cosmetically neglected. And one thing in particular - spray-painting the calipers in situ, bolts and all - would absolutely shout 'bodger' to me...

They did a really good job on this.

That guy has seriously got too much time on this hands!!!....impressive results but its off the scale OCD.
 
I am told such refurb costs about £1200.
If you see something interesting in there that you'd like translated let me know :)

He bought it for resale but in the process fell in love with it and kept it.
