Android Auto/ Apple car play in W205

Good morning. Newbie here.
I am trying to find the best way to upgrade a 17 plate C class to Android Auto too. Anyone recommend the best non dealer option? I am in Kent.

Firstly, does you car have COMAND Online with built-in navigation on HDD, or Audio20 with Garmin Map Pilot navigation on SD-Card?

Then, a 17-plate W205 will be a pre-facelift, and it will have NTG5*2, which does not have native support for Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, and so there's no 'dealer option'.

You can add Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality via a third party device. These are available cheaply off eBay and Ali Express, but your best bet is the British-made Integrated Automotive:

You can also purchase it via Comand UK, who will be able to install it for you:

You need to use a Vin Checker to see what's installed in your vechile, I have a 17 plate E Class premium, that only had the basic audio 20 with small screen, I tried 2 different interface boxes which the sellers said would work but didn't, in my car there where 3 different types of head units available, the entry head unit which is 522 AUDIO 20 RADIO NAVIGATION is not capable of activating carplay. The other two in most cases can just be unlocked by coding, although you will need a compatible usb multimedia port, indicated by a tablet icon
