Car looks nice, and is a facelift model.

it is overdue a service on mileage, the last service was 20,000 miles ago.

Unless it's done 20k miles in a year it's overdue on both time and mileage. It would be due a service every 12 months/10k miles (whichever came first). Skimping maintenance on a complex V12 isn't a good sign IMHO.

The wheels are very good for their age with light scuffing only; I believe these were an option, they are 18inch composite Mercedes alloys (split rims)

Except they are cheap replica AMGs (not M-B), and one-piece (not split-rim).
