Backs up what I was saying. If you use anything other than MB coolant, the waterpump and/or headgasket could pack up.
It's also worth noting that if you've put any other crap in there and want to flush it out and use the right stuff you have to flush ALL of the crap stuff out first as they don't always mix with MB coolant (giving you even more problems).

Is this the same way you should use

mb ATF, mb grease, mb engine oil, mb toothpaste, mb max, mb sreenwash etc etc

I have had my car for 10 years. I often clean out the rad and I only ever put cheap bulk buy coolant in. Never once broke down or had any engine work done on it. MB fills peoples head full of s**t when it comes to maintenance issues. Has anyone ever noticed when in just how many people work at the typical dealers the wages have to be paid from somewhere, and I honestly believe its b**lo*ks like this that keep their p&l looking healthy.

Still think is a load of pants to make people part with money.
