Anyone ever fitted the third row seats to a W211?

As per title please; is it straight forward? Anyone know if there's a difference between pre and post facelift?

You would need to get it re-classified with the DVLA also dont forget/Insurance etc so its possibly not worth it. Instead look for one with 7 seats

Yep was about to say. I took the back row out of my Landcruiser 200 series and a copper once gave me grief but let me go (in Oz everyone did it). We took them out to install tool drawers, compressors, jacks, spares etc for outback travel.
