Anyway, Michelins are here i should be getting them fitted Saturday morning! Here's a picture of one of the Continentals, is this normal wear?

Doesn't look good to me but I'm no expert, will wait for other opinions

Can anyone confirm if this setup works without them catching on the arches going over bumps or with a full car etc??
Also in case of an accident, will my insurance still be ok?

Front- Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 245/30 R19 (89Y) XL TL
Rear- Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 265/30 R19 (93Y) XL TL

I think the fronts should be 35 profile. Otherwise your front and rears will have different diameters.

Haven’t got mine yet so I couldn’t answer for a few months/miles! From what I’ve learnt rears more common to be replaced and general inside wear to keep an eye out for

How much were they? Did you buy all four?

Iv only bought the standard rear size (255/30) for now.
Just couldn't risk going for 265 and them rubbing if i had luggage in the boot etc.
Camskill quoted £380 delivered, and a local tyre garage quoted me £410 supplied and fitted so just told them to order them. They were changing tyres on some nice cars which gives me a bit of peace of mind at least.

Just an update in case anyone is thinking about going for the 4S...they were so good i turned around and ordered some fronts too. Amazing tyres!

Brilliant aren’t they! I picked up my c63 at the weekend which has them on all round. It’s been years since I’ve owned a performance car but I could tell these were decent

As Post#24 states, make sure you get 35 profile front tyres if you have 30's on the rear.
