Anyone got a multiplexer carsoft setup in Surrey please

Im having trouble with my carsoft 7.4 setup. It will not read the digital (OBD) connected modules. Is there anyone out there that could check my car and possibly allow me to see if its my multiplexer in the Surrey area

Is it new out the box? Did you update it first on the icarsoft website?
