Nope!! Totally different car!

The Le Mans car is completely different, it's the CLR:

My theory is that the flat badge rather than the upright-ornament caused a reduction in the downforce at the front! Big mistake!

I reckon same car different name. If you put a model of both next to each other the only thing different is the wheels and the ground clearance!
