Apple CarPlay - Aftermarket adapters for 2016 C Class (w205)?

Hi all,

I have a 2016 C250d Coupe which doesn’t have Apple CarPlay. I’ve seen there are aftermarket adapters you can buy and plug in, but can’t find one that’s compatible with a 2016 W205 C Class. Typical.

Does anybody have any ideas?
