After 3 years away I've bought a 2012 E350Cdi estate with most of the toys but not Comand.
I've bought a set of map update disks from Merc but naively thought I'd just put the disc slot in the radio but it's having none of it.
I did then think maybe it'll only read CD's & not DVD's? It's not been serviced by Merc for a good few years & I'm wondering if there's maybe a firmware update needed.
Any ideas?
Just in case it's relevant it has the rear entertainment system for which I will need to take it to Merc to pair up the wireless headphones so may have to have it all done then.
