Does anyone know how to control the automatic volume increase when your vehicle speed increases? I have no manual

At the moment, when I have the volume quite loud at low speeds, I keep having to turn it down when vehicle speed increases.

hi

dont think the audio 10 supports this - not even Comand (2.0 anyway) supports this!

Mine does . . .

Had a look thru the CLK hand book & Audio book for Audio 10 / 30 and can't find any ref to this. I have an Audio 30 and dead on 60mph the volume increases as the speed increases.

Mine doesn't
All the comand units do, but unlike other brands like my Father's old vauxhall which had a menu option for it, you have to take your car to a stealership and have it plugged into their diagnostic computer in order to change the speed-dependent volume level! Luckily mine's already set to a decent level.

Mine came from Steve K . . . so assume he must have programmed it correctly (at the same time as changing the startup screen to his own logo !) :)

hmm... might get this done then at the same time as i get my cluster configured!

what a rip off!! something so simple with so much effort, expense and technology! My car does not have COMAND. The Audio 10 CD was retrofitted.

Thanks for that Nick - will have to ask nicely at the next service.
