Hi All,

Apologies if this has been asked before, but i had a trawl of the forum and couldn't see a suitable response.

I have recently bought a 2007 (56) R320L CDi SE . All has been working well until the other day when the radio was on as usual on Capital (Memory 0) and my son pressed MAP to view where we were. Nothing happened! I tried every other button on the head unit and nothing responded. The only way to turn off the radio was to turn off the ignition. The steering wheel volume buttons worked, but nothing else to control the radio .

Any thoughts? Really hope I dont need to but a new radio! If it do though, any recommendations for a DAB one?

BTW it's an Audio 20 with single CD inbuilt for navigation disc. It also has a 6 changer in the glove box and a Parrot MKi9200 for hands free and iPod / USB / SD connectivity

Thanks in advance gurus

Okay, audio-20 doesnt have navigation. So you have comand if you have a MAP button.

Simply remove the earth lead from the battery, wait a couple of minutes and re-connect it. This should resolve the problem for you.
