audio 20 with dab module

i have a 2010 Mercedes c250 with audio 20 and dab but it doesn't receive dab plus stations which more and more a changing to.is it possible to update or is it a complete new system required

You'll need to change the system or add a separate DAB+ receiver (such as one of the Pure Highway range). DAB+ isn't backward compatible see Digital audio broadcasting - Wikipedia.

The NTG2.5, NTG3, NTG3.5 and NTG4 DAB tuner is not DAB+ capable. You can change it for an in2digi D-MB-2 unit and then you'll get DAB+ too

The NTG4.5 factory tuner, and the NTG5 one are DAB+ capable. In2digi D-MB-2 can also run on NTG4.5 systems
