Nothing much to tell really, it was over twenty years ago! One of the F1 team wanted to explore if they could be clever and get around the F1 engine rules (limiting the engine capacity etc). The idea was to to explore the concept of a two stroke F1 engine, which if possible, could potentially give them a significant advantage over other teams busing a more conventional interruption of the F1 engine rules!
