Hi there,
I have decided to treat myself and have bought an Autocom CDP+
however, my first problem is trying to get the diagnostics to load on my lappie, I am not currently able to do this. When I double click the item, I get the little blue loading circle and then nothing.... task manager shows it running. USB shows all drivers ok.....
got dark blue connected light on the Autocom itself..... help, please.
I am running the updated 2014 software that came with. All instructions followed to the letter.
My lappie is an HP 15-146sa running windows 7
Any suggestions please?
