Have ordered a B Class complete with sport package which gives 10 spoke 17" alloys as standard.

Would really like a set of 17 or 18" 5 spokes as seen on all the adverts

Was too late post order when i noticed this so will have to purchase after delivery

Anybody any input on where best to purchase said items?

Cheers

Pete

See if you can get the dealers to contact the factory to change the order - from what I have heard on this forum it can be done!!
;)

I can't believe that you can't change your order for the wheel's that seems silly - it's not as though it affects the build of the car overall  I'd be inclined to go back the dealer and try and negotiate something with them even if they're changed when the car's delivered to them. After all I'd have expected them to have mentioned the options on wheels when you orderd it in the first place ;)

When did you order it? When's it is due to be delivered - unless it's like tomorrow - I really can't see why the dealer can't work with you on it.

jmho ;)

Splang,

Thanks for the post

Have already tried this but it would appear it is too far into the build!

Really want the 5 spokes

Who / Where is Murray Systems?

Am only interested in original parts and not replicas though

Unfortunately, there is a build date deadline when the option (s) cannot be changed. We have experienced this in our family with MB and I was lucky to have been able to add an option 1 day before the deadline on my current car.

Try and negotiate something with the Stealer i.e. sports pack alloys at cost price and sell the standard alloys on ebay (however, the sports pack alloys will look out of place unless the vehilce has sports suspension (gap in arhces shall be too much...)

Hi
Sorry for picking up this thread a bit late..
Wheels for the T245 B Class .. 18" would be the AMG design - 18x7 ET49 with 215/40R18
at 17" there is a choice of Mercedes design - 17x7 ET49 with 215/45R17

3 Choices: Buy new using our discounted sources (still expensive though), wait a few weeks see if I am offered some from Stuttgart, or take something we have in used stock now.

We do not have either of these in used/delivery mileage stock, but I have something very close: from the W169 A Class: Alshain 17x7 ET54 with 215/45R17 Continental Sport Contact 2 MO (Mercedes Original) tyres: 50% front, 80% rear tread remaining.
These wheels are commonly seen on CL203 C Class Sport Coupes.
Please email me for pictures. £695inc VAT
Points to note: Although there is 100% compatibility between W169 and T245 wheels, and indeed the 16" sizes/offsets are identical, Mercedes haven't yet released all the wheel data for the T245. On comparison to the 17" data I have available, the Alshain I am offering you would sit 5mm (<0.25") further into the wheelarches than the 17" B245 data currently available.
Hmm.. Hope this doesnt appear too complicated..

18" AMG rims only would be about £1250 inc VAT.
18" Brabus Mono IV £1095 inc VAT http://www.brabus.com/homee.htm tuning>t245>scroll down

215/40R18 tyres - fitted/balanced inc VAT
Falken FK451 85Y £367
Michelin Pilot SPort 89Y £564

Chris,

Thanks for the post. Have tried to view your website but it does not load....maybe it is just the works computer as is still on dial up connection!!!

Am definatly interested in changing them for 18" 5 spokes as per the B Class adverts

Also like the B Class as shown on the brabus website...already booked in to have the performance box fitted!

Please keep me up to date as to any deals you can do with this

Regards
