My sister bought a new b class 180 cdi in December a week after the clutch bearing went and it went back to mercedes they kept it for 2 weeks and she eventually got it back, 2 weeks ago the clutch went again and now they are saying that it is driver fault so it won't be covered by warranty and want 3k to repair.
She has been driving for 20+ years and last car was a 307 which she had for 10 years no issues and I recommended mercedes.
She is really upset and mercedes are not being helpful.
Has anybody had any issues like this before we need some advice please
