I have recently had my battery changed in my B150 by an independent. It was the original battery from 2017 and was running low. The independent has re-coded the car after changing the battery and was given the all clear from his mobile diagnostic laptop which he plugged directly into the brains of the car. He showed me on the laptop that all was clear and fine following the battery change. However, now it only starts once in 2-3 attempts. The lights come on in the dash and the engine half cranks but stops before ignition. It will start though after 2 or 3 attempts and then the half crank cycle starts all over. Sadly the independent cant answer why this is the case. Has anyone experienced this? Can anyone help?
