There are 8 of these for sale with another dealer, ex UK Gov, used in Iraq and much lower mileage.
Thinking there might be some money to be made with some minor refurbishment I enquired about price and availability.....starting at £85k!
New price north of £500k so quite a bargain so the man said, but much too rich for me.

There are still people in the middle east who need vehicles like this - hence the resale value!

The range rover there weighs 3.9 tonnes compared to a normal one's 2.5 tonnes which is 1.4 tonnes of armour (very roughly)

Quality! I've just come back from Afghanistan where I was working in the private security area. We hired one the of the G wagons for a weel (We had our own B6 Land Cruisers but needed a "posh Merc" for a client). $6k a day it cost to hire. I kid you not!
