That could be ok. The ‘smart’ charging allows it to charge at around 15 volts for a short time. If I didn’t use my slc for a while it could stay around 15 volts for a couple of hours.
On my Jeep it works pretty much as I expect - up to 15 volts on the overrun then down to around 13 volts as you accelerate. The Mercedes seems to keep the voltage high and then slowly reduce it over time to around 14.5.
If it were me, I wouldn’t worry too much. I would just keep an eye on it as the weather gets warmer and the battery is under less stress and see if the voltage comes down.
Also make sure that your voltmeter is accurate.
If it is labouring when turning over it might be worth getting the battery checked.
