Hi
yet another newbie to MB. Hunted around the forums but this one seemed the best for advice and community. Cars owned at the moment include a 2003 BMW E46 2.5SE saloon and a 2005 W203 220CDi Aventegarde Sport SE estate. Love both cars for reasons opposite to what you might expect. The Merc for it's load carrying capacity and decent handling and the beemer for its super engine but the Merc pips it comprehensively in the handling stakes![Crazy  ](/styles/mbclub/smilies/crazy.gif)
Mercs owned in the past include a 1994 190 2.0E auto which was ok-ish but thirsty. W203 has better build quality IMHO (at least the 2005 model does to my mind anyway) but concerned by the number of niggles experienced in just 9 short months of ownership so hoping I can rely on the expertise of owners and contributors on this forum to help with ironing the faults out, as I'd like to give the Merc a decent chance (it has the makings of a cracking long termer).
