Hi all,
Am dead chuffed,,,, just picked up my new (well late 2007) E220 CDI Executive.
It has the Audio 20 Radio,,,,,, and I was expecting Blue-tooth in it - alas, it isn't.

I want blue-tooth but:
1/ I can't afford the best stuff around,,,,
2/ I don't want a 'gadget' looking thing,,,

What choices are out there to suit my criteria ?

thanks for reading,,,,,

try a parrot or a bury, they work really well with most phones and they are about £150 fitted. They have full phone book functionality, and some even read out text messages! If put in the right place in your car, they can look very nice and not tacky. I have a colour parrot myself and would tottaly reccomend it.

If you want something cheaper than £150 fitted your probably looking at a lower end parrot, all which work really well.

Hope this helps

Parrot CK3000 with Connects2 kit will give you a bluetooth phone which will operate through steering wheel buttons....may not have display on dash however...

Thanks folks,

The car does come 'pre wired for telephone', but am not 100% certain what that entails - yet.
There is something in the armrest to do with a phone, but I think it's only a bracket,,,,, will have a better look tomorrow.

I don't know anything about Parrot / Bury, so will look into that.

I have a Motorola K1 at the moment (worst phone & back-up i've ever had).

Thanks again
O

You have pre-wire!!

All you need is a bluetooth puck attached to the connector in the centre armrest.

Have a look here
