It’s with regret I have my bmw b10 3.5 alpina for sale finished in alpina pearl green a rare and special colour for any alpina of this era. I am only selling due to the car having a lack of use and it’s just gathers dust in the garage. The car has been well looked after under my ownership always garaged and warmed up before driving etc.

It’s a 1992 J reg with 128k with full service history backed up by all previous mot’s and service records and invoices etc.

Has mot til july 2014

Will come with 6 months new tax

The car comes with recent service all fluids filters changed by BMW independent specialist.

The car was supplied new by John Clarkes bmw Aberdeen in 1992 the specification letter of conversion confirmation is present

This is the first Alpina car based on the third-generation 5-series, which came in 1988. The first car was built in April 1988 and the last one in December 1992. A total of 572 cars were made.

Engine/Gearbox
The B10 3.5 has the same 254 bhp catalyst engine as in later versions of the B6 3.5 e30.
The major modificatios made to the engine are new Mahle-pistons, a modified cylinder head, a new camshaft and a reprogrammed motronic system.

Alpina have also fited its own exhaust system. The engine produces 254 bhp and has a torque of 325 Nm.The gearbox is a 5 speed manual getrag.

The car also has the AP racing brake kit to the front with callipers and discs and pads this was at a cost £1500.

Exterior

The car is finished in rare alpina pearl green and comes with alpina front lip with alpina decals along the sides of the car.

It also has staggered alpina alloy wheels with plenty tread on the tyres .

The interior has the rare alpina stitched sports cloth interior with all the usual alpina refinements such as the alpina steering wheel, gear knob , Alpina plaque with build number and also the car retains its alpina door jamb sticker.

The bodywork is good condition bearing in mind the car is over 20 years old but however as with any car of this age it has a few bits needed doing which i would have addressed if I was keeping the car. There is a crack in the front splitter which is repairable and it has some surface rust by the petrol cap not visible and also some minor corrosion at the bottom by the rear door sills but nothing major that would deem a mot failure.

I had spent months looking for an original B10 and come across this one. I have all the history previous mots verifying mileage etc. Also have the build sheet showing alpina conversion. All parts are genuine alpina on the car. It has the plaque and build number also appears on alpina register. It also has the alpina number stamped on the head. Its a true straight car and if my situation was different I would be keeping it. The car has character and is original in every way.

Please no timewasters or tyre kickers please.

Any questions I will try my best to answer ring 07812215376

price : £4750
