You could have an air leak at the boot lock or a fault with the area of the vacuum pump that controls the boot lock.
Disconnect any electrical connectors plugged into the vacuum pump for 10 minutes then reconnect them, this may temporarily fix the problem by re-setting the vacuum pump and aid diagnosis of the problem. Leave the boot lid open and keep your car keys in your pocket.
If the above doesn’t make any difference then you could try swapping over the 1st Yellow tube with the 2nd Yellow tube on the vacuum pump, this may or may not cause the drivers door to fail to operate and instead cause the boot lock to work.
Make sure you can open the driver’s door and boot with the key blade before you try this.
