Bought a new C180 CGI Sport BlueEfficiency

Hello,
At the outset, let me admit that i have been driving a BMW 320i for the past 3 years. We were in the market for a new car. Tested the BMW X1 and hated it. Test drove the new C180 CGI Sport BlueEfficiency (Petrol, Auto, 1796cc).. absolutly loved the car and the build quality, and placed an order for it.
A search on this forum shows that C-class BlueEfficiency is having Injector problems. Is this restricted to Diesel engies or also affecting Petrol CGI engines too? Should i buy service warrenty (£25 pm) to cover myself. Also any opinions on the car to help justify the purchase to the Mrs is highly appreciated.

True.. it looks like it was restricted to Diesel. However, the Petrols now come with CGI (Charged Gasoline Injection). I was worried if the CGI is very similar as the Diesel CDI. In which case, it could have the same issue with the injector.
Thoughts?
