Very nice car - just a pity the owner had to drill holes in the dash for his carkit or whatever . I suppose if you fit a cradle in the same place the holes will be covered up .

Looks tidy enough, shame about the phone mount (why do people do that) - hope the SRS/SRS light can be sorted easily. A bit of TLC you should have a nice motor.

Thanks for all you comments, when i get it i will have a good look around it and probably just drop it into the garage and get it servised and the warning lights sorted out.

There is a garage in gloucester that does smart repairs and would probably only charge £20-£30, its the garage they use on wrecks to riches on Discovery channel.

What should it do per gallon? and what is the manual gearbox like?

We had a 1994 C180 a fair few years back and it was a great car

Noticed the reg date is 1/10/98 - yet it hasn't got air-con or electric rear windows. Should have been standard earlier in the year I thought. Might be interesting the check the build date from the chassis no.

Worth trying the Russian website . The 202 series are good cars , lots of older ones still running around and lasting well - my neighbour has had her R reg C180 from new - never off the road - no problems with it and says she won't part with it .

Trouble is we have 4 cars now and need a bigger house to park them all!

I bought this for my car parts business, as i was knackering my Range Rover up getting it full of parts!

I would of liked A/C and an auto but im really happy i won it, lets hope everything goes well collection it, but it looks a honest listing.

Also did a RAC HPI check and they gave me a value of it including the milage of £3100!

Collected yesterday drove it back 200miles on £15 of diesel! drove very well.

Booked it into the local independant to have the lights on the dash sorted once that is sorted i will probably have a full service (quoted £250).

It has had body work done which is not a supprise as it is of that sort of year.

Just had it valleted and looks spot on!
