Pre-facelift had NTG4 (2007-2011).
Post-facelift had NTG4.5 (2011/2012 to 2013) and NTG4.7 (2014 to 2015).
The US version manuals are available as PDF downloads - they are not identical to the UK/EU version but they are close enough.
Alternatively there's an online interactive manual (i.e. not downloadable PDF) on MB's website.
