c class c220 cdi auto lumpy ???

evening ladies and gents im having a prob with my 2003 c220 and its prob a how long is a string question but whn the car is ticking over its rough as a landrover especialy when cold . and also feels a little sluggish from starting excelleration .
now i have put some injector cleaner through it but still no joy but def worse when cold .
has anyone had this issue or can anyone offer anything to try ?

Engine mounts can cause this harshness. Also you may have a missfire too that can be picke dup with a diag test of the live data.
