Hey all!
I have been driving a 2019 C200 Coupe EQ Boost since June of this year. Around 1 month into ownership, I noticed an intermittent 'cracking' type noise coming from the cabin, it sounds like it's coming from the left-hand side of the vehicle. It normally occurs when I drive the car for the first time on the day, both stationary or whilst driving. I have taken the car to Mercedes but they have had no luck in replicating the noise. I managed the record the noise on video and showed it to them, and they stated it definitely shouldn't be making that noise. It's becoming very annoying. Does anybody have any suggestions on what my options are going forward? I'll attach the video for you to have a look at too.
