Hi all.
I habe a 56 plate C220 cdi Avantgarde. Runs like a train, great fuel consumption. BUT, very occasionally when in the first 10 minutes of the journey it cuts out. When i say cuts out it loses all supply of electricity to everything. Electrically the car just dies. With foot pressed down on the accelerator it fires back up after a few alarming seconds. Its never failed to start, and this doesnt happen often. In fact it went nearly a year without an episiode. Fuel filter changed along with air filter. Any ideas before i invest in the STAR.
