C250 amg sports edition

I have a 2014 model year type 204 estate, amg sports edition. Which braking system is fitted to this model as standard? I need new discs and pads on the front, but here are several options for replacement parts. I think it is fitted with the LUCAS system, but not sure. What is the the brake disc diameter for this model? I don't want to buy replacements , strip the brakes down only to find they are the wrong parts. Can any one advise?
