I had my C350e b12 V battery replaced and now my car won't go on electric anymore.
I had it diagnosed and apparently the high-voltage component lockout is active.
What can I do?

Thank you

Who replaced the battery and who did the diagnosis?

Get them to fix it then. Why was the battery replaced?
It's a 16 plate car, the battery it was dying and needed be replaced.
I did took it back and they checked everything ( alternator, 12 v battery, auxiliary battery) they put it on the tester an they cannot find what's the problem.

Ok, he found out where the issue is but he doesn't know what caused that issue and what do do to fix it.
I've found a garage that is speciased on hybrid cars but the waiting list is 2 months.
I was wondering if anyone had a similar problem and how did they fix it.

Thank you
