C350e E-Mode unavailable!

Good aft for all!

Two days ago, my C350e has been having problems in electrical mode. When you start the car, the electric mode is unavailable. I've never had any warnings on the dashboard about any breakdown.

I have enough battery charge. The car left the overhaul less than 1 month ago and an exchange was made while still under suspension warranty. Today, 15 days have passed since the end of the warranty and other problems have already begun. I bought the car 3 months ago and to this day I haven't had 1 week if you want it with the car in good condition.

The car has always been assisted in the brand, can you tell me what to do? 3 months with my first mercedes and I can already guarantee that I didn't buy another car from them. Any way to get them to see this in the warranty even though it's been 15 days?

If the emode is grayed out and the car just wants to run with the engine its likely the starter motor

I know that the starter engine was replaced in March this year, can it be in trouble again?

Problem solved!

My problem was the 12v battery. It has been replaced and everything is working.

I've got the same problem at the moment.

I've read that there are 3 batteries in total. Two batteries in the boot (high voltage and another one) and one in the passenger footwell.

Which battery did you have replaced?

Did you do it yourself? If not, how much was it?

I too have the same issue. The car battery has been checked by Halfords and its all good, but car is not running on Electric. Which battery was replaced?
