Good evening all!
Ive not long ago bought a W205 C63. Unfortunately the gearbox oil temperatures seem to be just going up and not stopping around the 80-85° mark, highest I've had Is 108° when I stopped the car. I've since had a gearbox serviced along with the low temp system pressure test - positive and no visible leaks. The garage had also tested the aux pumps and apparently all working but I know they can but not up to spec so went ahead and replaced both pumps today. Still overheating but Ive not got a vacuum bleeding kit so will be getting the system bleed asap. If that doesn't help my next call was the oil cooler with thermostat, has anyone ever had it fail where it wasn't allowing the oil to flow? If so did you replace just the thermostat or does it have to be done along with the cooler?
Any help or pointers will be much appreciated as I love the car but hate the fact that I can't actually use it properly!
Many thanks in advance
