Hi, I've just bought a mercedes 2011 GL450 and really like it.
In the centre arm rest there is a docking station for the mb-2 Bluetooth unit. I'm not really sure what this adds as the head unit has Bluetooth built in and thus I don't have this mb-2 unit connected at all it seems more problematic connecting.
In the glovebox is a cable (shown in attached picture). In really struggling to work out what this is for.
I have cables fron mmi to usb, phono, iPod etc but the connection end of these is exactly the same as this cable in the glovebox. These cables I have do however fit a connection in the centre armrest.
The one in the glovebox seems to be the wrong end of the cable? I have certainly had no joy finding anything that fits it. Can anyone please assist?
