Cabriolet roof problems e350

Hi,
I'm having some bad luck with my 2010 plate E350 cabriolet (37k)having just have to get all glow plugs and relay replaced two days ago.Today whilst showing my friend the roof it decided to stick down just as a hail storm came over!
I managed to find cover and work out how to manually raise after sometime.

I had the boot packed and wondered if I have knocked or damaged a switch?
The roof goes down OK but won't go back up? I get no warnings on the display or errors?

I'm confused as surely the pump/motor is working to put it down? Is there something I can reset or switch I can inspect?

Any help really appreciated as I really can't afford another big repair bill?

I think I'm closer to the issue, the roof opens fine and then tries to close but struggles. There is a small amount of hydraulic fluid where the pump is though the reservoir is full? I think there maybe a small leak so it's losing pressure when trying to raise the roof.
Could it just be a seal? I have seen some horror stories regarding quotes! Any one have any experience here please?
