Car history.

Hi,

I am wondering how to trace the history of the W124 that I am getting?

The car has been imported 18 months ago so there is no point checking the MOT etc. Would any stealers be able to help me?

Is there a way of finding out the original spec from the cars VIN?

You can find out the spec but they wont have record of the history.

I called in my local dealership in Harrogate yesterday and (politely) asked for the Datacard listing the original spec, gave them the Reg No & the VIN, two minutes later I had the info. For free!
