I wash cars by hand. Whilst I know many recommend triple filter RO carwash water only, I try to live 'greenly' & use rainwater from water butts for car washes.
Often I will wash the car in the rain to aid this & help with rinsing off, but also do flood the bodywork with (lots of) large watering cans to help flush dirt.
Was wondering what peoples thoughts were regarding this? Any problems with it? Should it be filtered and if so whats the best way- coffee filters, or any more professional alternatives?
Many thanks for feedback/ advice
