Catalytic Converter 1244909120 for Mercedes Convertible E220 L-Reg

Hello,
as I am slightly new to all of this I apologise if this might be not right way to post but I am looking for some help. I have a lovely L Reg E220 Convertible which sadly just failed his MOT as it did not pass the emissions test. The garage says I need a new catalytic converter but they seem to struggle to source one as MB does not seem to produce them any longer. I have been told the OEM is 1244909120.
I had a look online and some other manufactures seem to have them in stock like Catman or BM Catalytic but I have never heard of them and the garage did not know of them either. They seem very cheap which makes me always a little suspicious around 120£.
1. Has anyone used any of those companies and can give me some feedback?
2. Can anyone recommend a good catalytic converter company?
3. Has anyone any idea where I could get a good replacement otherwise like second hand original ?

you want to look for
ERNST,EBERSPACHER, HJS who were OEM for MERC at one time. Get the supplier to check against your chassis no. I'm pretty sure the front section[downpipes+cat] is the same for all M111 engined saloons,estates,coupes, cabriolets its the downline parts that different - coupe/cabby -shorter wheel base from saloon and estate totally different rear box.
* and check for RHD/LHD variation
