Changing the Xenon bulbs in a W213

Hi all, google is no help today. I have a set of Osram Xenon bulbs that i want to swap into the W213, but how the heck to yu get at them? Dirty great cross members etc, doesn't seem to be a panel to get to the back (the W204 is a simple twist cover, pull bulb, done) or to see how I can get to the back of the unit?

Does anyone have a guide, or any links to show how it's done? Cheers all.
