As said in my other thread I have a couple of niggles with my latest purchase.

To describe any thing to do with ABC as a niggle may be tempting fate, but here goes.

The off side sits about 2 inches lower, front and rear than the near side.

I don't think its the struts because, they all go up and down as required when the switch is activated, and they maintain their height, overnight, no matter what the setting is when the engine is turned off.

And...all the struts are dry.

The ABC pump was only replaced 2 years ago...about 10000 miles.

Suggestions before I go to my Indie would be welcome.

May just need the ride height resetting via STAR. Had to have my AIRmatic adjusted when having the suspension geo redone. Tech says these system can slowly go OoS.
Perhaps check the sensors aren't bent/corroded?

I had a similar problem, first thing I'd do is give all of the level sensors a good clean and lube with wd40. Disconnect the sensor arms and give them a good bit of movement up and down as the dirt tends to make them stick a bit. If this doesn't do the trick then get the levels read on STAR.

My MB specialist had it for a day, I though to simply calibrate the system and level things up...but he says it will not level up, and therefore there must be a faulty sensor within that strut.

Does this sound plausible?

Did you disconnect the level sensor arm and free it up a bit by moving it up and down manually?
