CLK 320 cylinders

Hi All have a miss fire on cylinders 3 and 4, can I assume this is viewed from the front, and 3 and 4 are the middle cylinders, changing the plugs (all) has not improved anything, must be the coils?

It really needs the codes read by STAR or an alternative that copes with Merc systems. However, before spending any money, try swapping the coil(s) for 3 and 4 with another pair that is working and see if the problem moves.
