Did I read somewhere that the 'standard' CLK 63 is actually more rare than the Black Series?

Hey Lee,
I've tried a few times to get a definitive answer as to how many CLK63's were made, but could never find out.
I was going to get one of these instead of mine, but the BS doesnt have side airbags or a leather gear shifter.

personally i love it white, much better than a run of the mill colour like silver

There are 79 CLK63 AMGs in the UK
There are 24 CLK63 AMG Black Series in the UK
Of the CLK63 AMG's, 78 are licensed and 2 SORN
Of the CLK63 AMG Blacks, 21 are licensed and 3 SORN
All I can do is look for the UK, not worldwide.

Thats because of all the other modifications to the suspension, wide axle and (lead/Graphite) limited slip diff, Engine and extensive Bodywork changes etc made the car slightly heavier than the non Black even after stripping out the "bits" and replacing them with Carbon etc.
