One of my lights is intermittent and the other one sometimes not all the LED's light so its time to either fix or replace them. Has anyone actually been able to fix them, looks like moisture gets in and causes problems. New replacements seem to be around £350 each , part numbers are A2188200156 & A2188200256 anyone know where I might be able to get them cheaper.

You have the correct parts, important as I had 2 OPCs tell me it is A221 820 17 56 which is the non amg part.
But supply, no sadly. I looked on ebay for ages and nothing came along so in the end I went to opc and yes they are expensive.
Oh and you can change them from the front without removing all the arch liners etc. A few scraped knuckles but it is quite possible.

Hi do you happen to hav a picture of them

In the end mine was supplied for me so I went OEM. For the OP I saw a video on YT of someone removing one and stripping it completely, drying it out and reassembling. It did then work but it looked quite a lot of work.

Think I might go for a repair first and see what happens, then replacement if it does not work.
Probably better and quicker replacing it

Where is best to get OEM replacement, dont want any Chinese replacements or probably end up changing them again. Want the pair.
I got mine not OEM about 2 years ago and never had a problem with them before I sold the car

I'd just ring or email a few MDs and see what they quote for the parts. MB Newcastle on ebay can be quite good although they were the ones that were adamant about the (wrong) part number. I think they are Hella parts (I'll check) but I don't recall seeing them on autodoc or similar.
