CODE Reader iCARSOFT

Watch out for copy code readers Gav.
They are about on eBay.
I'd get an iCarsoft from a known source or direct from the maker.

I use the I980, quite good for quick things when can't be bother getting Star out.

Got it from Icarsoft.eu who were the official outlet at the time, I'm always wary of ebay and copy items. ;)

I have an MB II, and it has been very useful. For the relatively small price difference, though, you might as well get a V2. Perhaps somebody can tell you (and me...) what the V2 does that the MBII doesn't?

Amongst other things, initiates manual DPF regen on some models

I have the version that can read codes for up to, I think, 5 different manufacturers . I have found it really accurate at diagnosing faults and providing lots of data from the car.
