complaining about dealers

After some advise here, basically I need an address or telphone of Merc uk to complain about the service I have received from a main dealer after purchasing a new car.

Mb customer services are pretty US, they just listen and act as an arbitrator between you and the dealer. they are based in Holland afterall, so what can they do?!

let us know how you get on.

you should send a letter to the MD of you franchise ie inchcape, derwent etc etc or the dealer principle of the dealership in question.

perhaps a name and shame of the shoddy service you have, wouldnt go amiss to advise the club members

Dont want to go into to much detail as it may end up in court, love the car, paperwork issue realy.

They are English staff based in the Netherlands and are USELESS!!!

Agree, they sorted my issues out very swiftly, although a shame of course I felt inclined to contact them in the first place but that's another issue! However, once involved, things moved along very well to the conclusion I wanted.
