I haven't driven my SL a lot for the past one month, is it normal for SL to have condensation on the inside of the front windscreen then? Is there any solution to this?

There is enough external moisture to balance out the inside.
R230 SL's are notorious for leaking boot seals. If this is the case the problem can severely affect the electrics, especially the roof. Just google 'Mercedes SL boot/trunk leak' and you'll find hours of reading, and hopefully some answers.
