Controlled purchase w126 280SE - please help

Hi,
I have the opportunity to buy a 1983 Mercedes W126 280SE.
Mileage: 285000 km
VIN: WDB1260221A025761

Pros:

• Reportedly no rust anywhere on the car,
• Front and rear suspension, as well as brake and fuel lines, have been replaced,
• The engine and transmission are said to be working properly,
• High chance that the car has never been in an accident.

Cons:

• The entire car has been poorly repainted (though well enough that no rust has appeared for several years),
• The front seat is worn,
• The dashboard is cracked in a few places, and the wood trim is in poor condition.

The car sits quite high, but in my opinion, that's due to the freshly replaced suspension.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.
