Cooling fan operating temperature on c class w205

Hi, i was wondering if anyone can advise at which tempreture the cooling fan should operate? And once it is switched on what tempreture should car go down to. My car reaches 93C+ and no cooling fan after 30mins mix motorway driving.

I feel as if my tempreture sensor or something is wrong. Please advise when fab kicks in on modern mercedes.

Some MB thermostats are rated at 92 C.

Yours seems to be operating correctly so no need for the cooling fan to operate especially at motorway speeds where there is ample air flow over the radiator.
