Customising a Mercedes sprinter

hi there guys, has anyone got any suggestions about how I could customise my Mercedes sprinter van without making it look like I'm 18 years old, I'm actually 42 years old My side windows are tinted, is it legal in the UK to make them completely black?

As I said in your other thread, check your insurance first - many van companies won't cover you if the vehicle is modified in any way.

The windows in the front doors aren't allowed to be any darker than the windscreen. You can do what you want with any others, but again be aware that non-standard window tints are a 'notifiable modification' as far as insurance is concerned.

Ill try and bung on some pics of my 313 LWB I've done, I'm 45 so I think it doesn't look too boy racer!
I bought it with the side windows and sunroofs already in, just had it carpeted out by a bunch of guys in Kent, then fitted the rest. Alternatively, go on Facebook and look up 'dogstartours', add me as a friend if you like.
Mods include:
Led interior lights, led rear running lights, Mercedes fridge, walnut effect dash, led tv, rear stereo, night heater, four seats and folding table plus bunk at the back.
Made it to tour with bands, and when I'm not doing that I go camping in it with the mrs and kiddie.
There's quite a few places that do aftermarket parts, I went for the stainless foot plates, chrome number plate surrounds, chrome handle covers and rear bumper scratch plate, still looking for the funky alloy wheels I saw on a sprinter in Germany though....
